About these units

Pressure is force per unit area. The SI unit is the pascal, one newton per square metre; it is small, so kilopascals and megapascals are common. The bar (100 000 Pa) is used for tyres and diving in Europe, psi (pounds-force per square inch) in the United States.

Weather maps use hectopascals, numerically equal to millibars. Blood pressure is given in millimetres of mercury, and some gauges read in inches of mercury or inches of water. These manometric units assume a standard fluid density and standard gravity, so they are conventional values.

How many psi is one bar?

About 14.5038 psi. One psi is about 6894.757 pascals and one bar is exactly 100 000 pascals.

What is standard atmospheric pressure?

Exactly 101 325 Pa, which is 1.01325 bar, 760 Torr or about 14.696 psi.

Is mmHg the same as Torr?

Almost. A Torr is exactly 1/760 of an atmosphere (133.3224 Pa); the conventional mmHg is 133.322387415 Pa. The difference is under one part in seven million.
